APP WINEDEX V1.0
WINEDEX is a fine wine authentication and certification application, using blockchain technology (Ethereum decentralized protocol).
Bottles verified by iDealwine, Europe’s leading online wine auctioneer, are equipped with an inviolable RFID TAG which permanently guarantees the link between the bottle of wine and the information contained and transferred in the blockchain, with a total of more than 90 fields.
With the WINEDEX app, wine professionals and enthusiasts benefit from greater security regarding the authenticity of their bottles. Like a secure e-wallet, the wine enthusiast can save his wines in his wine library on the app and access the wine’s certificate of authenticity.
To use the app, simply create a free account. This account will also allow you to use the iDealwine Price Estimate app and the iDealwine.com website. If you already have an iDealwine account, you can use it for the WINEDEX app.

Brand and domain name
The WINEDEX brand and the domain names winedex.io, winedex.com, winedex.fr have been created by iDealwine and are therefore protected by the Intellectual Property code and rules governing competition.
Copyright
The name, creation, layout, visual identity, software developments and source codes of the pages, texts, comments and original illustrations of the WINEDEX app and the winedex.io website are the property of iDealwine.com Creating electronic or printing copies of certain pages is not permitted by iDealwine.com, if not solely for account holders’ private use. Any other use of the app constitutes an infringement punishable by law.
Database
iDealwine offers its customers access to a comprehensive database and wine quotations that constitute an electronic database within the meaning of article 98-536, dated 1st July 1998. As such, iDealwine benefits from all copyright on this database and thus the exclusive right to use this asset. In accordance with the second paragraph of Article L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code, any copies or duplicate of this database and, in particular, product notes as well as actual and historic quotations, should always be subject to formal approval by iDealwine whatever the use intended.
In connection with database producers' rights (articles L. 341-1 and seq. of the Intellectual Property Code), iDealwine benefits from database content protection, prohibiting any copies or use of a substantial part of the database including in particular, yet not exclusively, the actual quotations, historic quotations, wine notes and comments in the database.

The contents of the WINEDEX application is published by iDealwine.com.
